    Hello my elastic friends,

Could anyone give me tips on how to improve my back flexibility, I know back bends but is there anything else I can do. My back is really inflexible.

How is it inflexible? The more descriptive you can be the more I'll be able to offer some form of assistance.

I was able to find 585,000 results using Google.

    Here's the link:

    http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&fkt=1131&fsdt=6913&q=increase+back+flexibility&btnG=Google+Search&aq=0&oq=increase+back+f

Notice that the top appearances in Google have videos as well.

    Good luck!

Like I wanna be flexible in the fact that I can do scorpions, back walk-overs, and front aerials. I can do back handsprings but my back flexibility hinders my back walk-overs.

make sure that you work on back strength at the same time as well as working on forward flexibility too. It´s just time and practice. You can start with thinks like locust, and work through the standard yoga back bends. Camel is good. Wheel...

Thing is it´s hard to advise when I can´t see you move and be there to help

Just keep at it until you can do them. I can lean back and put my hands on the floor and I used to be able to grab my ankles icon_biggrin.gif
