first question; did you save enough money?
second; what is that quality of life going to look like? Is that 120 vibrant, engaged, healthy, cognizant years or is it the last 40 years stuck in a wheelchair, shitting yourself and not able to engage in the world?
Ask me that question when, and if, I were to get there. Based on family history the mind will never go.
Now whether I'd want to be trapped inside a barely-functional body is another issue. In which case full cognizance would be more of a curse than a blessing.
But again, I'll judge when I get to that point, or whatever point I do reach. As it happens I like living, despite pains & limitations I'm already experiencing. But I'm adapting, and it's gonna take quite a bit more to get me to cry "Uncle!"
