    Republicans are just plain nuts. They hate everything. I'd be tempted to say the Koch Bros are just calling in their markers but I honestly think it is broader than that. I've got some reservations about Hillary but she may be the only person out there who truly understands the depth of Republican dishonesty and has the tools, painfully acquired, to deal with it.

    (Saw her on Charlie Rose last night and she was impressive. If you want to hear her positions, that was a great forum with lots of back and forth digging through the issues. It might have been taped from the night before.)

    You know they will. The Party of No is more interested in making political points with their base, and paying back their corporate donors, then they are in good governance and rational discourse. But hey, it keeps them in office, which is all that matters, right?

    sorry man, but Australia, Indonesia, Russia, Colombia, Brazil and South Africa export 10x more coal than does the US
