Abs you can work everyday, but be careful if you're using machines with weight because they are easily over stretched. When I first started, I hit arms HARD and often and the results were fantastic. Try it for a couple weeks and see if it works, just make sure your diet is high protein with all your other macros at the time. Right now, I have been curling tens or fifteens for over 1,000 reps every other day. Its working wonders. My best advice would be to rely on Epsom salt bathes and anti stretch mark cream if you decide to work arms and abs more. My mailbox is always open if you have more questions.
