I watched a video on here. Cable chest. He said do not pull your shoulders forward on chest exercises. He said that was delts getting involved. Delts lift up. They do nothing else really. If your shoulders come forward in any sagittal plane, it is pec minor. Pec minor pulls the shoulders forward. So bringing your shoulders forward is a pec movement, not a deltoid movement. Pec minor. Pec major pulls the arms forward. Pec minor pulls the shoulders forward. Both pec movements. What a load of crap. Who are these fitness experts?
