White wine

    I like white wine and drink it because someone said it wasn't that bad but I still don't drink much of it I prefer vodka ! (Like a Russian I am haha)
    But wanna know how bad is white wine. Because I have put myself on a strict ish diet ! Really gunna kill my body in gym and dieting, so wanna know should I cut it out all together like I have with pizza and stuff ?

    this dosnt need to be expensive
    Torront├ęs is a white Argentine wine grape variety

    do what you want but alcohol is very bad, for a diet.

    Give up vodka. Drink a glass of wine with your meals. Generally, whites with fish and fowl, reds with meats, but it really doesn't matter -- it is what you enjoy. Reds are generally shown to have additional trace compounds which are healthy for your body. For your gym routine to lose weight, moderate your intake, and that includes alcohol, but between vodka and wine, wine has much much less alcohol in it plus has certain benefits to a moderate intake.

    Do not drink a glass of wine with your meals if you're serious about your diet.

    Alcohol inhibits fat burning and actually sends signals to your body to store fat.


    You don't want grapes anyways, unless they are organic. In Russia, i imagine this will not be easy. hahaha Don't worry too much about that.


    But booze is the worst, even if it's wine. Vodka is not ok.

    If you can maybe drink 2 drinks, once a week....that's probably the most. Just straight vodka is probably fine there for less calories, if you have to drink something once a week. But do try to not drink.

    Wine contains alcohol. Alcohol is a simple carbohydrate. Your body breaks those down quickly, and if you don't immediately do intense physical activity, that energy released from the simple carbohydrates gets stored by your body as fat. Complex carbs, on the other hand, are digested by your body more slowly, and thus little energy is released throughout the day and burned by your body as it's being released.

    Also, as badbug pointed out, alcohol slows down muscle growth.

    So, that said, you want to limit your alcohol consumption; whether it's vodka, beer, wine, whatever. But a little bit is fine. If you must have it, I'd say small glass of wine a day max.
