Take long walks, I call them, Urban Hikes. I'll put on my music and kick rocks for a couple hours, then turn around and go back. It keeps me toned.

Just say it's a little padded area so that when a guy is giving you head he doesn't bruise his forehead on your abs.

Need to do long cardio workout to burn fat. Spot reduction (like sit-ups) doesn't work. And it's the genes that determine where you store fat the most too.

Another one is sprints and burpees - rock climbers are good too. You want to get heat on that stomach area. You're cooking the fat off essentially. I was so bananas when I started targeting fat, I would drink hot water and put hot sauce in everything. It actually raises your metabolism and burns more subcutaneous fat.

If you was here, I'd take you to Wing Street. ...would you go with me?

Would but I'm in England visiting family for a whole atm !

I wake up, drink a pure protein shake. Wait 15 minutes and then do my cardio. You want to keep your cardio in ideal fat burning range, around 115-140bpm for heart rate depending on how fit you are. Any higher than that and your body will start burning too much sugars and muscle.....sugar and muscle is the body's panic energy source.

This is a good way to burn fat if you aren't already a natural shredded type.

Also you need to make sure you are getting enough healthy fats in your diet, so your body doesn't see itself as fat starved. Protein every 3 hours of course...

I would also try cutting your ab work down. Why everyday? Aren't they sore? If your abs aren't sore after you work them the next day you aren't working them properly.....and if they are sore, then let them rest.

    Train legs,

if you workout your abbs they will just get bigger, poke out more and end up pushing the fat out.

If you are pretty slim doing heaps of cardio will just make you lose muscle if not fat, so train a big muscle group like legs because it will work your core too and get rid of the belly fat.

I don't understand the fat phobia or shaming here.

As long as a guy is healthy and taking care of himself, I don't mind if he's a little fluffy in certain areas or big boned.

Now 400 pounds obese, no that's not ok at all,

But a little belly fat and a guy whos on the larger side is just fine and nothing to worry or shame someone about.

Lol who in this chat is shaming ? Nothing is wrong with it no, I just don't want it. And I will get rid of it. Nothing wrong with that either.

Legs (and glute) workouts are everything.
