I've noticed something with myself that I think is interesting and wondered if others have the same experience. Sometimes I'll pull a muscle, but I'm pretty good about reading my body, generally. But for example, the last couple of days I have felt a little soreness in my right shoulder blade. I did spin class on Monday, skipped working out yesterday, and then today I was debating if I should swim or not. I ended up swimming laps and also doing a spin class. My shoulder actually feels better now that I have worked out. Anyone else experience this? That sometimes if you workout when you feel stiffness/soreness, you will actually feel better?
