    Hello Guy's

Am thinking to Mix between gym workouts with swimming and MMA classes but my questions are:

1- It's possible to mix all of them in week?
2- What steps do I need to manage or schedule all of them?

Too many variables to give any specific advise. How hard to you plan to hit each one? Are you related to Superman?

When I had access, I used to swim laps after lifting, as easy cardio... unless I was riding my bike home. But I wouldn't train hard on both back-to-back.

Of course you can mix all of them - what would make you think you couldn't? It's just a question of having enough free time and getting adequate recovery/fuel between sessions.

Thanks PhysicalCity for your answer, I just care how I can manage it in right way, I don't want to do hard work and being super hero, it's just because I interested in all so that's way make me asking here.

You sure can mix them, and I'd recommend swimming as the perfect post MMA workout; it'll allow you to stretch all those muscles out! Try it every other day for a while - or every second day - at first, and then see how you're doing. If you've not swam for a while, it'll take you a few weeks to get back to it, so don't rush and remember, every minute spent in the pool - no matter how minute it might seem - is time well spent. Be sure to mix your strokes; I do free, breast, side, and back to work all the muscle groups. And, silly though it may seem, warm down w/ a lap or two of slow dog paddle: looks stupid, feels great! Good for you!

    Mma is rough man.

Start with gym first to build some strength and get used to exercising intensely.
