In the landmark case of Obergefell v. Hodges, the Supreme Court found that same-sex marriage is a Constitutional right protected by the 14th Amendment.
Sunday on NBC’s Meet The Press, Marco Rubio pledged, as President, to change that.
Rubio said that he would not attempt to pass a constitutional amendment to return the question of same-sex marriage back to the sates. Rather, after numerous deflections, Rubio said he would simply appoint new Supreme Court justices who would overturn Obergefell.

The next president is likely to appoint multiple Supreme Court justices. By the time he or she is sworn in, one-third of the justices will be in their 80s.
Three of the five justices who voted in favor of marriage equality — Ruth Bader Ginsburg (82), Anthony Kennedy (79) and Stephen Breyer (77) — are among the oldest on the court.

This is the same argument the pro-abortion movement has used for every election since I started voting - vote for the democrat because so many SCOTUS Judges will be retiring in the next 4 years and the repubs will overturn Roe v Wade. Its never happened...but it does seem to be getting more and more likely. Of course they could retire now if they wanted and let Obama replace them I suppose.

This the the kind of post that will get the FBI at your door dude. And just plain sick too.
Many repubs said this would happen to Obama if elected. Thank God the country isn't quite that redneck. Would hate to think the LGBT community would be worse than the KKK, but that is pretty much what you are saying.

Apparition may have crossed the line of civility, but tbh I'm starting to think that the only reason Rubio is a republikkklan is to kill the gays. It's like he'd rather harm our community than help the immigrant community by joining the democrats.
