When the terrorist attacks hit on 9/11 many muslims and others cheered! This should be a question on the entrance exam of any refugee trying to enter the US. If they did, they should be denied and sent back!

Muslims "cheering" on 9/11 is as fake as 9/11 was itself.

With all the evidence to the contrary today, cant believe most people still think 9/11 was a "real" event.

Saying stupid shit like Trumps does, just continues to put gasoline on a fire that should have been long ago put out. But that is the whole right wing 'conspiracy' that is behind 9/11. To bring back the Christian v Islam crusades by feeding their, for profit, war machine.

Any stupid ass can see this now, unless Keeping Up With Kardashians and other stupid shows for the stupid masses really have distracted to the point of total oblivion icon_rolleyes.gif

Sam27 saidI am sure American cheer when many innocent Iraqi people were killed by U.S. troops and calling them "terrorists". 9/11 happen everyday in the Middle East and nobody give them crap.

So it is true around the world see us Americans are selfish and bully?

I think what is hurting America the most is our country's close relationship with Israel and THEIR PROBLEM about a divided Jerusalem. (Every other problem the US encounters, seems to involve religion)

The capital of Israel should have stayed in progressive liberal Tel Aviv, as well as our US Embassy, but noooo, some (christians) had to move it to a fake town with a fake story line called Jerusalem, this conflict and wall, then created more of the same, Christian v Islam that continues to feed the made up need for the profit making war machine. Its disgusting that this country brings its problems to our doorstep, go bother Germany! (oh wait, Germany is not religious and no longer has a wall) icon_lol.gif

You could tell earlier this year, the panic look on Benjamin Netanyahu's face during estranged relationship with Obama (christians claim is a muslim) and his rant at the UN. Protect Israel! (BS!). Is there no one other country on the planet the US could off load Israel and its religious (Judaism) problems? icon_rolleyes.gif

Yes, that is one of the problem too. Now the U.S.-Palestine relationship is way better than they were before (9/11). More of us Americans are starting to know what happen in Palestine each day. I think the 2010-2011 Israeli-Palestinian Christian-Islam protest helps us understand better what happen over there.

Unfortunately, as long as there is money to be made (and spent), peace between these two religions will forever be a pipe dream icon_neutral.gif

Not at all. Recall that in their eyes the US is the "Great Satan" while Israel is merely the "Little Satan".

Al Qaida's "Declaration of War" against the West wasn't inspired by support for Israel but because Western forces were stationed in Saudi Arabia.

If people cheered or not was never asked in polls, but following 9/11 Osama bin Ladin / Al Qaida had tremendous support in the Arab/Muslim world. In some countries close to 80%. Not because they believed that 9/11 was an "inside job". Not because they thought the "Jews did it". But because they knew AQ did it.

Some Muslims did cheer. But few in the US, and not the thousands Trump claims to have seen on TV. Even a prominent Republican like US Senator Lindsay Graham has called Trump "unhinged".

Trump brings discredit to the US and his candidacy makes our country a laughing stock to the rest of the world, if you bother to look beyond Fox News and check the international press. The world is beginning to wonder if the US itself has become unhinged. And can no longer be trusted in its role as the leader of the "Free World". Frankly, I'd be happy to see the torch passed to some responsible adult leadership, possibly the UK or Germany.

Really? Were you born in the United States? Whats the history of the war in Iraq?

Do you think one soldier wanted to be blown up in Iraq ?

Why dont you get out and spend some time with some UN-radicalized individuals.

Iraq invaded Kuwait 25 years ago. Then it launched scuds at Israel and violated the cease fire. And, by the way there was UN resolution for the first war ( which never ended) there was a cease fire and agreement Saadam violated.

What average joe "cheered" death in Iraq? Were we supposed to pray for defeat.

The mere fact you still have fingers to type on after that response above shows how open a country you now apparently live in. There is not 1 Muslim government on the plant that doesn't torture. And they torture anyone who is in disagreement with the government.

Your high horse has very shaky legs.

pouncer saidSuch ignorance from musclehead, where even to begin?

The US doesn't torture people? I guess you never heard of Guantánamo Bay, Abu Ghraib, Bagram airbase, extraordinary rendition etc.

The firing of Scuds at Israel (then in the process of brutally quashing the First Intifada) was a result of the US bombing, not a cause of it.

Saddam Hussein invaded Kuwait in 1990 expecting US and Western support, as he had receiveed during his 8-year aggression against Iran. I wonder if you know why he didn't receive it?

I suppose Madeleine Albright's statement that the death of half a million Iraqi children during the sanctions period was "worth it" in order to "contain" the once-favoured tyrant is not technically "cheering" the atrocity. Just depraved indifference.

You say it with such certitude , that is what makes your credibility worthless.

WHERE EVER DID SADDAM HUSSEIN say he had Western support to invade Kuwait?

So you can compartmentalize firing rockets at other countries and say " this was in response to this", not an act of war.

In human history and even in the past 100 years the loosing parties in war are usually occupied. During the first gulf war the Coalition decided to give Saddaam a chance at something different. They were absolutely wrong. Saadam violated every agreement.

Please dont mention Abhu-graib and try to use western values to make a point.

The Muslim world is accustomed to torture. It is LAWFUL in every muslim country.

Your anti west and anti-jew ideology is long known on this board. What I hope I live long enough to see is that the middle east turn to the desert wasteland it came from. Then pouncer you can return to your homeland and maybe enjoy some of that Islamic brotherly love.
