Not really naked, but ok, hes hot

I would use boneless, skinless chicken breast meat and I boil it in water with all spices, covered. His chicken is lacking spice, sorry, a 'pinch' of black pepper does nothing for taste, real garlic is a nice touch though. I do not fry chicken in olive oil unless its skinless and breaded or egg-flour dipped. I hate dealing with bones unless I have to

Greasy. And I missed the part where he bent over to pick up the chicken leg he dropped...icon_mad.gif

That'd never fly past the health inspector; Chef needs a full body hair net.

Well, I certainly wouldn't mind him cooking up something in my kitchen icon_wink.gif

I'm also just a tad jealous of his kitchen icon_redface.gif

Looks like this will be an entertaining channel. He is certainly nice to watch.

The video is formatted more for people who want to see a hot guy cooking than those who want to follow along. The video and text description on the youtube page lacks an ingredient list, and he mentions temperature just once. Those relative terms like low and medium-high are important. My only other criticism is the unexpected transitions. While in the kitchen, there are moments where you pause a vid to complete a task, but this edited so he jumps from working on one pot to another.

The chef does give clear directions in the video, and the whole recipe is on his webpage. The video is very good, and since it is the debut on the channel I expect the others to be even better.
