SCARED to eat any more powdered protein and greens than I already do because of what it does to #2 (yes, soft stool, #2).

A person takes a teaspoon of protein powder and a teaspoon of greens powder, and the next morning that person is wrapping toilet paper around Kleenex to wipe and then using baby wipes as a rinsing wipe, then another toilet paper around Kleenex, and toilet paper wrapped by a baby wipe.

Powdered food has yet to turn into less than muddy stool.

ALL YOU CAN EFFING WIPE. CHIT! When is this going to end. Often times I don't want to get up because I know the chit I've got to go through.

I'm getting used to it, but APPRECIATE THE DAYS BEFORE MUSCLE LOSS STARTS AND YOU HAVE TO SUPPLEMENT. I do not know WHEN I'm going to get 100 grams of protein a day.

I asked the "the bod" cashier at the Vitamin Shoppe if he does Green Vibrance or Amazing Greens or one of the rainbow fruits, berries, and vegetables. He said no, just protein powder.

No, I cannot take whey or whey isolate drinks like Isopure.

    Egg protein.
    Hemp protein.
    Pea protein.

Try all 3 at different times, like try egg for a month and see if your body can handle that, then move on if it can't to..... Gradually build up, don't just start taking massive amounts of anything new.

Dump the greens stuff. Just buy some organic frozen fruits and veggies if you don't like messing with fresh stuff.

    Why dump the greens stuff?

I do not cook anything. Anything cooked has been bought.

Maybe, if I had a husband, and we designed our own house, our own kitchen, particularly, I'd return to cooking things which I really haven't done for about 30 years.

I used to steam vegetables but I had a reversal of fortune when I moved from a Venus on the Midheaven line to a Saturn on the DS line. I really will not feel comfortable in the kitchen until I have 200K in an IRA and 75K in an investment account. Even 75K in an investment account could easily be eaten up by a new car (I'd probably need in a year) and a down payment on a home, fully furnished.

    badbug,

I used to take chlorophyll drops.
Powdered greens do a better job, I think.
