Republican presidential candidates are beginning 2016 with a full head of steam...

...Trump has ... exploited voter anger with caustic and abrasive rhetoric.

Cruz has played on voter anger to appeal to populist right voters with wild rhetoric like, "We will utterly destroy ... We will carpet bomb ... "If the body of Christ rises up as one and votes our values, we can turn this country around."

...The Republican campaign has deteriorated into a schoolhouse brawl. Candidates resort to personal attacks rather than to offering specific and detailed solutions to America's underlying problems. This is not a campaign of new and exciting ideas; rather it is a misguided crusade that offers voters little hope for those tired of politics as usual.

No wonder so many Republicans are angry.

But two groups distinguished themselves as the angriest: whites and Republicans. As compared to 43% of Latinos and 33% of African Americans, 54% of white people reported increased levels of outrage over the course of 2015. Republicans edged out Democrats 61% to 42%, and women edged out men by just 9%, though white women were angrier than nonwhite women by 14%.

I think a more accurate way of measuring the anger levels of each ethnic group is to see how much of violent crimes are committed by each one of them and compare that against the share of the population they represent icon_wink.gif

I believe, whole heartedly, that the republicans and their backed right wing nut jobs, which include their propaganda media mouth piece, Faux News Channel, have created this 'anger of the stupid people', of course on purpose (more than most people see or think, behind the curtain) because that has been their plan all along, since Obama was elected. This anger of half the country, is based on religion anyway.

As I have said before to address, other countries who are watching American republican, religious circus clowns in action, THESE PEOPLE AND WHAT THEY SAY AND WANT IN MEDIA DO NOT REPRESENT ALL AMERICAN PEOPLE. Just as the point that not all muslims are islamic terrorists. Not all american people are christian terrorists either

When a angry republican politician says something like:

"The American people want.....". They refer ONLY to their conservative, religious side. They don't speak for everyone. This must be made clear to those people in outside countries who think all Americans are conservative religious wing nuts who own and shoot guns which contribute to our reputation as an unsafe country to visit.

Absolutely these Republiklans are hell bent on inciting anger, bad feelings, basically all the things of ignorance, whether they are stupid as many are or even the smarter ones, even the relatively rare evil genius.

People think of ignorance as being only stupid but it actually can be quite clever a force, certainly underhanded and all too often undermining.

It self perpetuates both by exporting itself en masse, be that by religion or politics or whatever tool of mythmaking and reinforces its own delusions within the individual by perceived rewards, compliments to the ego, whatever pettiness it finds at hand to elevate as substitution for meaning while serving as distraction so that a Republiklan doesn't have to look into his own heart, which is so convenient because that's where they most fear to go.

Ignorance substitutes conscience. It is the ignorance which steals them away from their own hearts which makes them so angry.
