Any guys out there hard core enough to actually be running a pre-contest or pre-photo shoot diet? If so can you post your diet and methods? What is your preparation protocol like? It should be interesting to see the different viewpoints on this...if there are any.

Sagi Kalev, a personal friend and one of my trainers, is the most photographed fitness model of all time. He's an absolutely awesome guy. He owns Energy Uptown Fitness in Dallas.

There are lots of details that go into photo shoots, many that probably are not best discussed in an open forum.

You can try an offshore muscle board. There are many.

My suggestion to you is to find a personal trainer there in Sioux Falls who can walk you through your first shoot.

A bodybuilding competitor will have the best overall understanding of how to get prepared. Someone like Joe Labelle from mostmuscular.com can guide you through a shoot. He has many, many, many shoots under his belt and is a real pro.

I'm actually sitting for my personal training exam in the next month. I was actually just curious about the experiences of any other RJ members that might actually have pre-contest or pre-photo shoot diet and training experience and what the diet and protocols were like and how they worked for them versus the information I already have and have tried.
