    2.) Fordyce’s Spots
    3.) Tyson’s Glands
    4.) ‪Angiokeratoma‬ of the Scrotum

I used to, but not anymore. Turns out eating healthier (although originally for cardio health and weight loss) seemed to have taken care of that problem without further medical assistance.

Being as they are harmless I'd say not to worry about them. Although if the look of them bothers you, see if there is a treatment. Not like they are contagious though

I haven't run across a penis that didn't have Fordyce Spots, so they aren't a big deal but the thought of feeling those pearly penile papules in my mouth during oral sex makes me shudder. They look like tiny warts.

the papules in other species cause ovulation during copulation.

Be glad you are not a female cat....

Humans have only a remnant of what your ancestors had.

    I have #1 and recently developed #4

I am researching how to find treatments to get rid of them.

I get tease and it has been assumed that I have a disease because of PPPs. icon_sad.gif

#1 I've seen these, but not as numerous. Just 1 or 2 here and there.
#2 Very common. "chicken skin" !
#4 I've seen this mostly on darker skin guys, and not just on the scrotum. I thought it was a fungus infection or something, but good to know it's just blood vessels clumped.

My MD looked and mine, smiled and said "Razor Bumps".

I gave up trying to be a shaved and trimmed metrosexual and 99.5% of the worrisome bumps went away.
