So I have to admit I'm a cauli-junkie.. I love the different ways you can use.

    So far I've done:

    Cauliflower pizza
    Cauliflower rice
    Cauliflower mash
And simple garlic roasted cauliflower icon_surprised.gif

Next up I want to try this recipe for cauliflower "tater tots". Anyone else doing any interesting cooking with cauliflower or any other veggies in general?

I was at a party in December and was required to take a shot of whiskey every time someone said the term "cauliflower rice." There were so many hipster chicks there........

Lol but why were they saying it so often? Was it even being served at the party? icon_surprised.gif

They had all just discovered it, so it was their new bestie.

Ah, I see. I made it twice but it's definitely nothing to rave about. I just happen to do a lot of cooking with fresh vegetables so I always look for different ways to prepare a meal.

I think I made cauliflower pizza once, and sorta tolerated it.
Meh, can't even remember the last time I bought any.
Gimme something green, yellow or red. Pale white food (except cheese) is just... Wrong.

I"m also a cauli-lover and i found these recipes sometime ago. I modify some to my preferences a bit, but overall i recommend trying a few of these out, they're amazing! icon_eek.gif

The lasagne and the avo-cauli tacos just do things to my emotions.... giphy.gif

By "cauliflower pizza," are you talking about pizza topped with cauliflower? Or, as I think of the term, pizza crust made from cauliflower? I eat cauliflower-crust pizza topped with veggies (broccoli) every Thursday night. Good times. The crust is time-consuming to make, involving a lot of squeezing out excess water, but it browns up so nicely.

I also loved mashed cauliflower and simple roasted cauliflower. I'd love to see that recipe for tater tots!

    Broccoflower. Problem solved.

I like cooked cauliflower only sometimes. But sometimes there's a weird smell to it and it's easy to overcook. Cauliflower raw though is always good. Tasty and crunchy, yum, also no bad smell when uncooked.

Cut into "steaks" then sprinkle with herbs and pan fry to brown.

Make them about an inch thick so that you will have less problem with crumbling.
