Since the EEOC has included sexual orientation and gender identity protected under Title VII (as of July 2015) as sex based discrimination, it appears no change has been made to the original poster. (since 2009). Although, federal contractors specifically has been added to original poster

Both of these are required to be posted at companies listed as a federal contractor or sub.
The supplement poster applies to non-exempt payroll designation. I just wish they would have indicated that
