    Hi fellas,

Recently watched on UK tale part of the UK Extreme series "Dying for Six Pack" shows the extremes some UK blokes go to get a six pick or biceps including silicon implants.

But get the impression some of these guys are a bit too insecure and soppy really.

Exercise and diet, and willing to cut down on processed carbs.

Cannot see the video in the link posted since it is for UK audiences only. Though when I think of silicon implants that guy from Big Brother who ended up looking like a ninja turtle comes to mind.

To the convenience store a half block away. Although beer isn't really my thing.

More than a thousand ab crunches per day; and still no six pack abs --- Damnable genetics failing me.

Six-pack abs are made in the kitchen or the operating room. Take your pick.

Thanks for adding the video clip. Didn't realise it wouldn't work for folk in America.

Some of the other masculine straight men portrayed themselves as very muscular but insecure in that they needed recognition from others, and would go to dangerous lengths to reach their training goals.

OMG, the guy in the you tube clip is totally delusional, I absolutely do not find him attractive in the slightest, I bet he looked great before he had all that work done and then ruined himself.
Its laughable to be that vain and totally pathetic.
Sorry if that sounds really harsh
