I know there's no magic bullet, but I'm open to any tips and tricks to get the weight off faster. I have 4 weeks and want to maximise my efforts.
I'm running 3-4 times per week and include light weights about the same (sometimes just a short blast after a short 5km run)
Diet tips? Caffeine pills? Running techniques (fartlek)? Fasting? Certain weights exercises?
Anything will help. Thanks guys. I promise to show you my progress.
