Hillary Clinton and her husband, former President Bill Clinton, combined to earn more than $153 million in paid speeches from 2001 until Hillary Clinton launched her presidential campaign last spring, a CNN analysis shows.

In total, the two gave 729 speeches from February 2001 until May, receiving an average payday of $210,795 for each address. The two also reported at least $7.7 million for at least 39 speeches to big banks, including Goldman Sachs and UBS, with Hillary Clinton, the Democratic 2016 front-runner, collecting at least $1.8 million for at least eight speeches to big banks.

The analysis was made at a time when Hillary Clinton has been under scrutiny for her ties to Wall Street

"What being part of the establishment is, is in the last quarter, having a super PAC that raised $15 million from Wall Street, that throughout one's life raised a whole lot of money from the drug companies and other special interests,"

They probably just want someone who is reasonably competent, knows the ropes, won't do anything stupid and won't spook the market, (which rules out the GOP front runners and Bernie).

Just the opposite. Years of Wall St. giving millions to the Clintons scared off competing candidates.

Well no wonder the Bushes and Clintons are such good friends, and never criticize one another. They're all in the same club! Who knew?!?

Bullshit! Hillary is totally incompetent as evidenced by her lousy political career. You are a brainless idiot to believe that the corrupt, power hungry Hillary is reasonably competent. She only follows the law when it suits her and she only cares for the crooks and shysters of Wall Street. She doesn't give a damn about the overwhelming majority of the American people. Bernie Sanders is a far more qualified candidate who makes Hillary look like a damn fool. But again you are a damn fool so obviously you are defending your fellow damn fools by making the dumb, baseless statement defending the Mary Queen of Goldman Sachs or more accurately the hapless Hillary ho.

Oh dear, the disturbed, angry person is posting again.
He is just unhinged which is typical democratic behavior when things don't go their way. Although I noticed that during the Richard Nixon Administration, the bottom 90% benefitted very well earning all of the income gains. Nixon was a Republican so that just blasts a damaging hole in the extremist liberal hens argument that all republicans are only out for the wealthy. Evidently Nixon wasn't icon_wink.gif
