Hey Y'all... I'm a small-framed gentlemen trying to build the gluts and get that bubble butt. I used my membership for a year, but have started to build my gym at home. I love resistant training, free weights and have a bench. Any suggestions to get that butt pumping, bubbling and hard-to-fit into the jeans?

    Love yas

Eat a lot of potatoes (sweet, etc), yams, and protein, then put those nutrients to work by doing deadlifts & squats

It's a bit of genetic, and lots of squats and lunges.
Regular biking also helps. The best ass I have seen is on a biker I hooked up with.

Squats. But not pussy squats. Some of these guys at the gym...super (front) upper bodies, no back...as though they think the rest of the world sees them like they see themselves in a bathroom mirror. And they do 1 to 2 inch knee bends with every weight in the gym. With chicken legs to show for it. "It's my genetics," I hear them say.

Get training on how to do it right. Warm up lots, fucking bend your knees. Keep your technique perfect, and take it all the way down. It's dangerous if you do too much weight (until your technique is perfect).

A lot of people will tell you squats and lunges but it's actually, almost exclusively, genetics.
    Sucks right?

Use the kettle bell swing. It is very effective assuming you are eating healthily. There are some excellent u tube clips on how to do it properly

The potato thing is so true . Most bubble butt is a thick layer of fat with muscle under . Lunges with dumbells in each hand are excellent for the muscle part.

When you do a squat you should be able to touch a basketball on the ground with your butt at the lowest point. In between your sets for your upper body do squats or lunges, it will help. The problem is too many people don't do the full motion and don't get good results.

To get an ass that's never forgotten, just make sure you keep on squating.

squat a lot, do glute isolated exercises. My ass barely fits into my jeans now. Some people are just pre disposed to having bigger butts too, which im pretty sure means you simply store more fat in your ass then a normal person would. Even when I was younger before I started to work out, I noticed my butt seemed to be bigger than most guys. Guess I just got lucky lol.

    Barbell hip thrust!

This is the best glut isolated exercise I know and you will definitely notice a difference in your butt in a month if you incorporate this into your leg day routine. This move is WAAAY underrated. icon_evil.gif

What's helped me out a lot is squats, deadlifts and allot of back extensions so u can have that lower curve in ur spine that gives it that "round stick out " look. My diet is like anyother builder meal prep of chicken brown rice or salmon with steamed carrots.

In reality, you can't build a big butt. You have to make do what was given to you like it or lump iticon_exclaim.gif
