Macros? Dieting? HELP!!!!

    Hi guys,

    Would anyone be willing to help me figure out my macros? I need to loose about 50 lbs to enlist ad really been trying but can't figure this out.

    Any help would be amazing.

    Based the information you provided here and on your profile, you need 1766 to 1857 calories; 177 to 186 grams of carbohydrates; 177 to 186 grams of protein and 39 to 41 grams of fat.

    Choose lean protein sources like chicken, turkey, fish and eggs. Choose complex carbohydrates like oatmeal, sweet potatoes, quinoa and brown rice. Choose polyunsaturated like olive oil, fish oil, flax seed oil.

    Go on Paleo diet and you won't have to count or figure out anything. You will lose 5 lbs per week until you hit your natural weight. The speed that this will happen is scary.

    And the best part is you don't even have to lift weights until middle age; and even then it's still barely necessary if your protein intake is high enough.

    Cardio is still recommended, though, cause that's for your heart and respiratory system.

    Calories in vs calories out still apply to a paleo diet. In regards to losing 5lbs a week, you might do it in the first week due to losing water weight, but in order to lose 5lbs of fat a week you would need to be in a 2500 calorie defecit, so unless your maintenance calories are above 2500 you essentially would need to eat nothing in order to lose 5lbs of fat in a week. You know what the cool thing about science is?, it's not wrong.
