Trump University didn’t make these Americans great: lawsuit

Donald Trump has promised to make Americans great before, and as multiple lawsuits allege, it didn’t work out so well.

Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump has vowed on the campaign trail to use his personal prowess and business savvy to help set the country on a better path. But he’s made similar promises in the past, which have not appeared to come true, multiple lawsuits claim. And now those accusations may come back to haunt him in his race for president.

With GOP nomination looming, Trump is slated to take witness stand in fraud trial

Here’s a part of the political calendar that nobody in the Republican Party seems to have noticed: This spring, just as the GOP nomination battle enters its final phase, frontrunner Donald Trump could be forced to take time out for some unwanted personal business: He’s due to take the witness stand in a federal courtroom in San Diego, where he is being accused of running a financial fraud.

The establishment are crapping their pants and trying everything they can to take him down, I'm surprised he is still alive to be honest, the Bush/Clinton crime families will be going to prison if he becomes president and he also wants to audit the fed, lets hope he gets in and stays safe and exposes 911 for what it really was and who was responsible.
The guy is a hero in the making.

Seems unlikely this will sidetrack him.

I like to see the establishment crapping it's collective pants.

Yup. And never mind what this "businessman" might pull at the last minute for some behind the scenes favors, who knows what else is gonna bubble up to the surface during the process. Or are we to believe that a guy with a seat at a Casino doesn't have five guys with their hands up his ass.

it is going to be fun when colin powell comes out of hiding and Trump puts him up on stage and he explains why he "quit" the bush admin because he couldnt stomach the 911 events plan.

presumably he didn't have anything to do with it but later found out about some of the facts, I don't live in the US so don't know what everyone is up to all the time even though I try and keep on top of things, I do however know he was in Lima Peru when it happened.

Indeed, with his reluctance to disclose his tax returns and the alleged Trump University fraud already rising to the surface, it seems inconceivable that someone with Trump's controversial business history isn't hiding more scandals.

Trump University’s Checkered Past Haunting Candidate

As many as 7,000 people across the country bought the sales pitch, spending an estimated $40 million. Both the State of New York and many of the students are now suing Mr. Trump for misrepresentation. Three cases are pending: one in New York brought by the attorney general and two in California, certified as class actions.

Seminar participants were told they would have their photos taken with Mr. Trump. It ended up being a cardboard cutout of Mr. Trump.

I don't know that his taxes will show anything. These guys have an army of accountants and lawyers to finagle that. But I'd not be surprised to learn Steve Wynn has a hidden video of Trump sucking tranny dick, just as--in keeping consistent with the candidate--a politically incorrect for instance.

Well, Donald Trump IS a cardboard man, so what's their problem?

That will probably be Trump's defense - "The cardboard Trump looked more human."

Interesting - well, only kinda - to see all the Billary boosters presuming Trump guilty but their girl as pure as the driven snow - after about a week of jamming a car's wheel wells like a yeast infection gone viral. Me, I'll be content to watch the trials unfold, but doubt if any Demos will prosecute one of their own, eh Loretta?

I'm also enjoying the establishment meltdown, DM. Love that populism!

Trump may not have to leave the trail. His legal team will use every trick to stall and avoid for as long as they can, which can be some time. The corporation could also make a unspecified settlement as well.

The problem is his likely opponent is a liar and untrustworthy. He will probably win.

Awesome news. If Trump is found guilty and Hillary is indicted, we can have a different slate of candidates.

If Hillary isn't indicted, Obama can be investigated for using the Justice Dept as a political tool.

I've heard of this civil suit for awhile now; it is neither concerning nor does it phase me.

The crap being thrown at this guy is unbelievable: the globalists despise him, and that validates my support.

Globalism = communism via bankrupting the West.

Trump's long history of shady business dealings is just beginning to be investigated. His GOP opponents waited until it was too late -- a mistake the Democrats will definitely not make.

We're getting all the Trump hype up here in Canada, and very little of what the other candidates propose. I watched Face The Nation today to try and get a little more information about the election. Other than building a wall on the Mexican border, I haven't heard Trump propose any serious policy. If he has, I haven't heard.

...The Republican front-runner is the defendant in a class-action suit in front of U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel...

...Trump said he believes Curiel, who was born in Indiana to immigrant parents, according to a 2013 profile in a Federal Bar Association newsletter, has acted unfairly due to Trump’s oft-stated promise to build a wall along the U.S. border with Mexico.

“I think it has to do perhaps with the fact that I'm very, very strong on the border, very, very strong at the border, and he has been extremely hostile to me,” Trump said...

A Donald Trump piñata made its debut at a shop in Reynosa, Mexico, this week, presumably crafted from cardboard, papier-mâché.

Let him win the nomination. I want to see this stuff embarrass him during the general election.
