    Hey everybody

Just wanted to introduce myself to the community =D

    Name's Ragin

Originally joined rj like 6 years ago when I was basically still in the closet. Just deleted my old, faceless, dl, ghost-surfing profile lol.

I've grown into quite a developed and confident young gay man in those 6 years. I remember way back when I was in the closet, it was always the confident and out guys that inspired a strong sense of self-worth in myself. Once I realized I'm now in a position to be that inspiration for others, (even just by being visible) I figured I should make an updated profile.

And now we're here lol =)

I'm at a point in life where I can start utilizing my passions and interests to improve the world around me and I intend to.

The CDC says half of all gay black men are expected to contract HIV.

    That's tragic.

I think better representation from within the demographic could inspire positive changes; so I plan on being pretty visible throughout the community

I like most things fitness related. My friend and I just committed ourselves to seriously getting in shape over the next 90 days.

Not sure what else to say and I've got to hit the gym, so I guess that's it!

Hope everybody has a good night

I'm planning on a good night - or evening: an old friend is in town for a bit and we're going out tonight.

Great to hear from someone who says "I've grown into quite a developed and confident young gay man in those 6 years."

Best wishes to you, and welcome back!

Nice! Congrats, guy. I hope some of the sad closet cases here read this and maybe, just maybe get inspired to take that big step. It really is surprising how much better life is once you do. And good luck on your 90 day quest in the gym. Sounds like a sprint but at your age, maybe?

Welcome Ragin, and the CDC's study can be consider racist and inaccurate, anyone can contact HIV if they're not careful.
