The exercise that trains both hemispheres of your brain to communicate is not for the faint of heart. But I figure I will bring it up since inquiring minds want to know, I put my finger in front of my face once in public to do the two circles with lines in the middle exercise. it was in the aura viewing of theses pages but its been archived

found it in google search with "aura viewing". two circles one with a vertical line, one a horizontal line, and you watch them meet in the air for 45 minutes with your vision adjustments.

Our wingmaker at work taught me how to make the wings. It's definitely not for the faint of heart, though, cause one small mistake could cause a pilot to crash and burn.

So basically making the subconscious conscious? that's similar to what remote viewers do by communicating to the symbolic intuitive left hemisphere that only speaks in sensations (touch, taste, smell etc) and symbols/images; much like dreams which can be literal (premonition) or symbolic.

My brother, cousin, and me all learned how to see auras; the trick is definitely peripheral vision.
