    I found myself reading the ingredient label on a jar of Whole Foods Garam Masala to make sure there wasn't anything in it that sounded evil. I mean, sometimes ya gotta just chill.

    I read ingredient labels on everything I buy. You'd be amazed how many companies fuck up otherwise-healthy foods.

    When you calorie count and go by the calarie per serving religiously, even trying to figure out how to half the recommended serving amount.

    Also only shopping for items from the outside isle perimeters in stores.
