Let me just give you a short story just so that you could understand a bit more. i have lost now 197Kg in the last 7 years.

When i came back to south Africa from the UK they made me purchase two tickets due to the fact that i was so big i had to sit on two seats to fit in. not only everyone staring and talking when i gave my passport the first thing that i had that its not me in the picture as i am Chinese and the picture is not. after all i started to get myself to loose all the weight and work all the extra skin away.

i have made myself broke with getting personal trainers to come and help me but i end up doing nothing as they sit more on the phones then helping me.

please all im asking is for someones help for someone that has a gr8 heart and knows how hard it is to get what you want.

is there anyone out there that would be able to give me a diet plan and a workout plan to follow to reach my dreams.

im just a boy that have always dreamed of having a perfect body just like yours. please give me your time to make my dreams come true as well

thanks for taking the time to read this

    Kind regards
    Jt

Sorry, but your post in incoherent. First you say you lost all this weight, then you say they made you purchase two tickets because you're so big. Then you say you are Chinese but your passport photo is not. If you lost all this weight, why do you need a diet plan now?

What does this have to do with bodybuilding?

Most guys who put forth the effort to build their bodies have the heart but not the time. Why not ask for their best piece of advice instead?

I'll share the best someone told me:

"I don't care how healthy you eat, if you're not a little hungry and a little grumpy at least part of the time you're doing it wrong."

For mentors, look to free youtube trainers and other online resources like I and everyone else who did it themselves did. Or at least approach other men who lost hundreds of pounds to become bodybuilders who might be more empathetic, like these guys: http://www.realjock.com/gayforums/3764045/

If ALL of your paid trainers are spending your sessions on their phones it's possible YOU might be the problem. If not, just get better trainers through reputable referrals.

Thanks to the internet, EVERYONE can do their research, including you, so if you're asking for help you should prove you've done yours and be more specific.

That's why he posted in the bodybuilding section, understand now?

No, because his post has nothing to do with bodybuilding. He has nutrition questions--he should have posted this in the general fitness sub-forum.
