At least Bernie never declared bankruptcy & needed the minimum-wage taxpayers to bail him out.

Trump's corporate bankruptcies were related to one situation, the collapse of Atlantic City. Even with that, if you put Trump's accomplishments next to Bernie's, the comparison is stark.

Also, after being in Congress for close to 25 years, he has not even been able to save 2 years salary based on his net worth, originally reported on pro-Bernie sites to show how he is just like "one of us". Can't even manage his own finances so that does make him like too many.

    GladiatorSam saidlol hilarious :-)

I have to admit, some Bernie supporters are pain in the ass.

Glad you enjoyed it. From one of the above, applies well to some on this site who want speech they don't like silenced or members banned:

'At 18 years of age the American adolescent is highly skilled in the art of whining and crying for “save zones” on college campuses because “words hurt”'

I love the snow flake generation. 1995-2015. The world is against you. You will not have the opportunities your parents (my generation) had. Design an app for that and get rich. Bernie will take care of you.

Donald Trump has never declared bankruptcy.

Minimum wage taxpayers pay no income taxes, therefore they don't bail anybody out.

Care to go three for three?

Donald Trump has declared Chapter 11 Business Bankruptcy 4 times for his Atlantic City Casinos. He's never declared Chapter 13 Personal Bankruptcy.

Minimum wage taxpayers pay plenty of taxes. I know quite a few of them. Anyone earning more than $10,300 annually pays taxes. Someone earning around $20,000 annually pays about $1,000 in taxes. I wouldn't be surprised if they pay a higher percentage of their income (about 10%) in federal taxes than a good many multimillionaires do. And they pay state taxes, too.

Sanders and Trump are two-of-a-kind: they're both opportunists. Neither is good for the political parties under whose banner they're running as presidential candidates.

Can we agree that it signals both sides are unhappy with the current power structure.

The problem is that a good many of those 2011 20-year old soldiers, (as well as the 2011 20 year old protesters), who are now about 25 years old, and are now back home working at jobs that don't pay enough to live on. Same actually applies to the 1991 and 2003 veterans. The jobs that disappeared in the recession 10 years ago are likely never coming back. All we are receiving from the politicians is a lot of meaningless, empty rhetoric. At least if the minimum wage goes up substantially, there'll be something to show for it.
