I hope it goes to a brokered convention. Not because it helps the Democrats, but because it destroys the Republican Party. There is no winnable solution for Republicans coming out of a brokered convention. And Republicans have shown in the last decade that they cannot recover from setbacks and gimmicks. This is a true race to the bottom.

This is just like how the KKK imploded from it's height of popularity & power in the 20s/30s. One faction attempted to wrestle control over another with maneuvers like this, and the one in power spilled the beans on everyone's corruption. No one wins in the end.

The full force of the Republican Party has been unleashed against Trump in the past several weeks. If that's not "stealing" the nomination, it's damn close to it. I'm not a fan of Trump, but I hope Trump reaches the required 1,237 delegates to piss off the Republican machinery. I detest unfairness.

The GOP and Trump deserve each other. This is all going to end badly for both of them.

If the Democrats get full control of the government there will not be any semblance of a VA or a solvent US government to pay for the VA. Also kiss all of those service connections good bye.
By the way Bernie Sanders sat on the VA committee and did nothing to police the VA.

Phoenix was the tip of the iceberg, and the VA, is a Democratic creature. So watch what you wish for.

Presidential election? You guys seem confused. He's just having his name gold plated.

What I find interesting is that often we normally determine what's real by what can be proven empirically. Right? By what can be independently verified by other observers. It's not enough that one guy has a vision. If everyone doesn't see it, we might question the reality of the alleged thing.

I don't know that we all see the same thing when we look at this. I doubt the GOP will be destroyed but maybe whittled a bit--as if that mess didn't need to be brought down a peg or two--or transformed somehow, or, God forbid, it should birth something even worse. For now, at least, I find it real curious--later I might find it scary--that while we may not be certain about what we're looking at, many of us have found that we've not seen this before.

Probably they said the same thing at Nagasaki.

I agree that Trump only could have come up through the GOP, deserving each other, as we Democrats never would have put up with that even if some "defecting" morons were previously wrongly registered. This guy is like a magnifying glass of all things bad. Exposing the bigots by drawing their support, dancing on the heads of Republican hypocrites with his flip flop feet and short yet flaccid penis.

Is it unfair for the GOP now to work against him? Aside from that little pledge promising to scratch each other's backside, aside from that you'd then have to call superdelegates unfair because a party shouldn't be able to hold the reigns in on itself, all that aside, it looks to me like stealing but I added especially the corrupt thingy to the title for all the bullshit the likes of a southbeach would have said, did say, about the perception of the Dems favoring one candidate over another though their superdelegates.

Because to look at this contested convention that the GOP seems to be cooking up. A call of corruption hardly sets that table. What they're cooking up is freaking bowl of spaghetti and try finding your way through that twisted mess. I was watching some well known talking head being explained how a contested convention might work. His entire face contorted into a question mark.

This is like looking into the toilet bowl and seeing something you don't recognize. The first thing you do is question, how'd that get there!?! The next thing you do is run to the doctor. Fucking Republicans, man. And I thought they were poop before this.

"...I never submitted the whole system of my opinions to the creed of any party of men whatever in religion, in philosophy, in politics, or in any thing else where I was capable of thinking for myself. Such an addiction is the last degradation of a free and moral agent. If I could not go to heaven but with a party, I would not go there at all..."~~Thomas Jefferson to Francis Hopkinson, 13 March 1789

I strongly support and hope for Trump winning the GOP nomination.

    WHY?

Because his nomination will ensure Hillary Clinton's victory as out next POTUS.

I agree with you --- SHOCKER --- but it's probably true. It's incredible to watch the GOP literally implode over Trump. In any other year, with the phenomenon he has caused as a candidate, and the lead he has in both votes and delegates, the party would be rallying around the candidate. This sneaky backroom dealings and manipulating is going to backfire in a huge way. This summer is not going to be pretty in the USA

Well, I don't live in a fantasy world, such as this drivel, so all is good...
And it's the Koch Brothers who are seeking to privatize the VA.
