So I have been seeing this new thing on FB about freeletics. Some sort of body weight exercise program. Anyone tried it, or have any info about whether or not it is worth it?

Why am I getting this strong vibe that "freeletics" describes something that some douchebag wants you to pay him a boatload of money for, and yet is nothing new?

You mean it costs money? Maybe they should call it something else. icon_lol.gif

There are so many free youtube videos on bodyweight fitness. You can develop your own exercise routine from doing a little research.

And this is how crossfit was born. icon_lol.gif

I'm jealous. Circuit training has been around for ages. And this dude managed to profit nicely by reinventing the wheel. Bravo.

I've tried it for several weeks! It's pretty good! You have a virtual coach who makes you a program to follow within 7 days, according to your goals and you feedback, It then make another one for the next week!

It's start easy but become quite challenging over the weeks, it's also good for you cardio and the fat burn as well!
The online community built around it is a great help to stay motivated as you are followed and follow other freeathlete!

So it can be worth it as an alternative ;)

Thanks for the thoughts, guys! Kinda seemed a bit scam-like, but good to know that people like it, also

It's definitely a scam/hype that will die out in less than a decade.
