This chain has been around forever, and although I very rarely eat junk food, I just sometimes really crave White Castle sliders. Who else likes this chain? the ones in Chicago are not located near downtown, so they are not convenient to me. I would have to make a trek.

The thought of steam burgers doesn't really appeal to me. But I'm determined to try it, for the sake of trying it. icon_biggrin.gif

Hopefully, they'll expand to the west coast. Because currently, the only way we can get White Castle is the frozen kind they sell at the market. icon_sad.gif

Exact same thing sold by the old "Royal Castle" and another chain whose name I forget.

Those little steamed burgers with onions are addictive! MUST be consumed with birch beer.

And now you can get them in your grocer's freezer, steaming in their pouches so they come out just like in the restaurant. Only In America!

How do the store bought ones compare in taste to those you actually get at a White Castle outlet?

Where I am orginially from we had a chain of restaurants called Krystal's, which sold sliders like White Castle.

We called it late night after party food, cause we only ate it after a night of partying because it was usually one of few restaurants open 24 hours.
