yeah, i guess i am digging a lot more of elctro-pop-rock stuff, but if it has a good beat and sound, i will probably jam it.

I was iking Mika, sounds a lot like one of my fave bands, the ol Scissor Sisters...just a bit more bubble gum, but it was good.

    ASkillz...much fun.

Thanks guys...loving learning about or hearing stuff i havent before.

    "Version" with Mark Ronson
    "Presents: Shock Value" Timbaland

The soundtrack to the first "Tombraider" movie. (Also fantastic for sweaty sex)

Movement 5 of Bartok String Quartet no 4. If you can find the emerson quartet, they're the best. Best way to get pumped up for anything, i swear! haha

Some upbeat, good dance music for you:

Twisted (Got Me Goin' Round) [Craig C's Radio Edit] by Ultra Nate
    I Surrender by Kate Ryan
The One [Freemasons Edit] by Kylie Minogue
And I Try by Bimbo Jones
Sandcastle Disco [Freemasons Radio Edit] by Solange
Some Kinda Rush by Booty Luv
Stamp Your Feet [Jason Nevins Radio Edit] by Donna Summer

If you're more into the electro stuff I'd try out Justice, Chris Lake, and Deadmau5.

i suggest the live Daft Punk album "Alive 2007"... just let it rock you.

i also really like Led Zeppelin. IV has a bunch of sick upbeat tracks.

throw in the occasional Queen track, that's always fun.

Rage Against The Machine... really gets the blood pumping! warning: may induce crazy furious behaviour. not safe for pregnant mothers.

Against Me! and Foo Fighters are also sick.

Outkast, Beastie Boys, The Clash, Death From Above 1979, Jurassic 5, James Brown, Justice.... I can think of tons.

i got it all, lemme know if you want any!

MGMT- Oracular Spectacular (album cover below) Sometimes they sound like 80's Michael Jackson meets Pink Floyd meets 60/70's tunes about the Vietnam War meets JUSTICE or anything other dance/electro/pop music. I think Rolling Stone called this the best album of 2008 (?).

    (great mix of pop/rock/electronic)

I love Mika, MGMT (Kids and Time To Pretend are amazing) and The All American Rejects, but I also like a different kind of music when I'm working out. You might hate this, but I love to listen to classical music that's fused with electric, while I'm running. It gets me going better than anything with lyrics. There are allot of groups out there that do this, but I really love a quartette named Bond. Have a listen and see if you like it icon_smile.gif Its not new, but it may be new to you
