Not really surprised. Anecdotal, but I know my family has had its issues with doctor after doctor after doctor ever since I was a kid.

I'm going through something now with the NHS in the UK, they have tried to lie their way out of it and deny everything, also implied I made it all up, words can't describe what I feel about it all, if they were just honest and admitted their mistakes, I could handle a humble apology, but not after the way they have treated me, the s**t is going to hit the fan now, I'm taking them to court, I have proof in black and white, I'm glad I got copies of my notes before I complained, that way when it goes to court I can prove it, I will wait until they lie about it first and they conveniently remove the paperwork which I can see coming a mile off, you gotta play them and stay one step ahead.
