    How come in my home-country , Mc Donald's and other fast food chains are able to pay their workers 15 Dollars an hour , and still make a profit !!
    And don't tell me it is because they hire less workers to do the job , as he doesn't take longer to be served a meal at a fast food establishment in Australia than he takes in the U.S !

    Add "in part" to the title. Someone with average intelligence could infer that it is a big part because the lay offs are a recent trend and the minimum wage is a recent change. Difficult concept for someone of your ilk.
