How the hell am i going to do it??

    I am currently 9 stone 8 pounds (sorry outside of UK- not usre how to convert it took a guess for profile) and i want to put on two stone.

    I do skipping rope twice a week and im a pole instructor three nights a week. I also go for a swimming dip on occasion. My problem is that i have such a fast metabolic rate (i eat a panini, salad, chips and duck spring rolls then two hours later im having a lasagne with bed of rocket) that i go through food like nothing and all my dancing is too good fort weight loss.

    I am currently trying to eat more and feel better and someone (my mummy bless her) said that i look "Healthier" but im not showing any wieght gain on the scales. I am going to take a couple of weeks off from dancing and try and get some weight gain supplements and do NO exercise to try and get fat(ter).

    So guys, any reccomendations on supplements? Please god don't tell me to eat more carbs and protein as my diet consists mostly of tune, chicken, turkey, pork, pasta, pizza, potato, salads, fruits, seeds and i'm fed up of hearing it cause i stuff myself to the point that im as happy as a pig in shit and nothing happens.

    1 stone = ~14 lbs.

    Keep eating more calories. Maybe add some weight gainer mix in between meals. But I don't think you should stop exercising. You don't want fat. You want muscle mass. Maybe you should add weight training to your current exercise routine.

    As a side: don't smoke. Not to be a preachy a**hole, but I can't stand to see others corrupt their bodies with that filth. Save money on cigs and put it towards protein supplements.

    I will not use derogatory psychology on myself as i run the risk of creating a sub-concious psychosis that can manifest at any random time; if i remember right. But thanks for the advice.

    Unfortunately i am a lowly-barman so i can't afford to smoke all day to increase my appetite; but trust me IF I COULD I WOULD icon_cool.gif

    Thanks so i think i guessed right on my profile because i said it was 134 pounds! I'm going to find it extremely difficult to get myself weight training; no offence people but i personally find it really boring. I promise to have a look at a workouyt plan though icon_rolleyes.gif

    Can anyone recommend a supplement that worked for them?
