Just one of her many lies - She promised to cooperate fully with investigations but she and her cronies refused to be interviewed by the IG team.

Rule #1- Announce public full cooperation- but don't.

It is hardly Hillary Clinton’s first rodeo when it comes to document destruction. Whether it was the Rose Law Firm, the firing of the White House travel office, her super-secretive committee on “Hillarycare,” Benghazi or even Vince Foster’s untimely death, Hillary Clinton always seems to be present when critical documents aren’t.

Gartner also told CNN Trump University should not be blamed for some enrollees having trouble selling real estate during the 2008 economic crisis.

"I could have settled this case many times, but I don't want to settle cases when we are right. I don't believe in it. And when you start settling cases, you know what happens? Everybody sues you because you get known as settler. One thing about me, I am not known as a settler," Trump told the crowd.

Are you seriously trying to defend Trump "University"? Jesus.

And are you seriously referencing the tragic suicide of Vince Foster decades ago for political points? That is so tacky.

And a majority of Republicans believe unemployment went up during Obama's administration and that global warming doesn't exist. Just as the Bengazi committee has once again proven, just because Republicans want to spend taxpayer money pretending she or Bill did anything wrong doesn't mean it is true. All the documents Republicans say went missing are the ones they made up in their heads to prove she was guilty. But as all those committees have ended up proving is that they were bullshit and run by liars and opportunists. And believed by fools.

The only difference between a crooked politician and an honest one is that the honest one hasn't had their shady activities uncovered.

Democratic Law Prof: ‘Difficult To Imagine’ Hillary Clinton Not Being Indicted

A Democrat law professor and former Department of Justice official with decades of experience in government secrecy says “it is difficult to imagine” Hillary Clinton not being indicted.

Dan Metcalfe dealt with information disclosure issues for more than 25 years as Director of the Justice Department’s Office of Information and Privacy, including during the Clinton administration. He now teaches secrecy law at American University’s Washington College of Law. He wrote in a Sunday column in LawNewz that “given that the facts and law are so clear in Ms. Clinton’s case, it is difficult to imagine her not being indicted” unless the White House or a top DOJ official intervenes.

Yup, great credentials--a columnist for "Law Newz" with a "Z". He's an "adjunct professor" at American University law school--there's a HUGE difference between a "full" professor and an "adjunct." In addition, his principal focus over the years has been on FOIA, a subject that's not really relevant here. In other words, you can take his imaginings with a grain of salt. Next.

No I take you and your postings with a grain of salt. Aside from sniping at his credentials do you have any basis to refute any of his points, or the points of others such as Andrew McCarthy? Your approach is intellectually lazy and dishonest.

I saw how the Clinton Machine's appalling leadership style endangered law enforcement officers, the military, and the American people in general. And with Hillary Clinton's latest rise, I realize that her own leadership style—volcanic, impulsive, enabled by sycophants, and disdainful of the rules set for everyone else hasn't changed a bit. - Gary Byrne

GARY J. BYRNE served in federal law enforcement for nearly thirty years, in the U.S. Air Force Security Police, the Uniformed Division of the Secret Service, and most recently as a Federal Air Marshal. While serving as a Secret Service Officer, Gary protected President Bill Clinton and the First Family in the White House.

Well I am sick of people like you who are stupid enough to vote for this crooked, incompetent, pathological liar just because she is a woman. You are all idiots and treasonous traitors to this great country. This bumbling bitch has pulled more fast shots and gotten away with more unlawful shit than almost anyone else in government. She was the worst Secretary of State as evidenced by her lousy to mediocre job performance. But idiot fools like you are too goddamned stupid to understand anything and you keep blindly supporting this career criminal/hapless ho. For the sake of this great country, you should all be denied the right to vote in November since you all have demonstrated your total incompetence to function as normal, responsible human beings.

All of which turned out to be nothing but bullshit Republican smear tactics. None was true thus none was found. I think she's handling it perfectly. Thank you for pointing out how many bullshit investigations have been mounted over the years all of which were but a waste of time and money and never produced one thing except a conceptual blowjob. Why should she cooperate with her own witch hunt? Republicans love all this theatre because the rank and file Republicans are too stupid to notice when nothing is ever found to be true (even when they're caught on camera admitting it). The fact that Republicans have constantly pretended she's done something is a pretty good reason for her to tell you and all of them to FUCK OFF. And all prior Secretaries of State were mentioned to have done the same thing with emails. Hell, Colin Powell was using AOL.

More BS. Colin Powell was reported to use AOL only occasionally and no record of him sending classified material. Clinton had a private server, wiped or tried to wipe it clean (obstruction of justice), and used it exclusively for email.

And it's worth pointing out that with a GOP House, and GOP senate, and a conservative Supreme Court, no one has indicted her and there have been no proceedings. Which leaves us thinking that either there's nothing criminal there, or the GOP is both mind-bogglingly incompetent and stunningly ineffective. Or all three?

Live in your fantasy if you want ....

The media at the moment seems to be enamored with Hillary Clinton’s delegate count, even though she hasn’t achieved 2,383 pledged delegates. Since Clinton won’t have 2,383 pledged delegates before the Democratic Convention, and still faces an FBI criminal investigation, it’s only prudent that Bernie Sanders continue his campaign.

Furthermore, Vermont’s Senator must expect to win, especially since storing Special Access Program intelligence on an unencrypted private server could be the basis for impending Espionage Act indictments. If you think this is unrealistic, then let’s discuss SAP intelligence and Clinton’s duty to keep this information safe.

Yes, I did - had quite a good education, in fact with the achievement marks in US History ever achieved at my rather well-known private school. You demonstrate the right-wing ignorance and willingness to judge with no knowledge. Poor education, I imagine...

But the House and Senate have shown us over and over and over that they can in investigate things and have endless hearings, and impeach and sue people such as the president - and still nothing substantive. Moreover, given the number of conservative lawyers and prosecutors, none of whom have come up with anything... So I repeat: nothing criminal here, and the GOP is mind-bogglingly incompetent and stunningly ineffective. Though they are good at smears and blocking things, and endless witch hunts.
