    I don't understand the original question in relation to your second post.

    Okie-doke means 'yes'.

    Also, giving someone the "okie doke" means to dupe them, or give them the slip-up in a fraudulent manner. For example, if two kids work together, one kid discreetly pouring ink on business men's shoes in a train station and his accomplice then offering shoe shines for a dollar, then the kids just gave those business men the "okie doke."

    Obama, used it in one of his speeches and I found it odd. He was rambling on and on. Not one of his best. Maybe I can find the link again.

    I found he says it every once in a while. The speech the other day with the random stammering was just the latest example.
