I would vote for her over Trump because im a democrat.
Strangely, i would probably rather hang out with Trump.
I think he has a sense of humour and he likes to crack jokes.
    But Presidential material?
    No i don't think so.

Yes, I'd rather get drunk with The Donald but I could never get drunk enough to vote him president.

HILLARY actually thinks and acts accordingly.
    Presidential.

I'm voting for the loser. That way when the other fucks up in office I'll be able to say that I didn't vote for him or her.

At least 65% of Sanders supporters have said they will vote for Hillary against Trump. That figure will probably be a lot higher come Nov.

We're voting for Hillary. And it appears virtually all of our friends are voting for her, too. They all consider him a jerk and a joke. That crude, ignorant, and loud-mouthed clown is the last person they would ever vote into public office, and least of all the Presidency.

I would say Trump's chances are poor but then I remember he is running against Hillary. The debates will set viewing records.

Do you think your scrawny little vote will matter in our elitist democracy?
Do you have billions to buy off and corrupt people for their vote?
    The winner takes ALL...right?
All of what? 8 more years of DC stagnation? Nothing will change. The superpowers will see to that.
So, vote! May the best man/woman/trans/gay person win.

I am disappointed in terms of Bernie Sanders who I thought would surpass Hilary, but the reality of things are now coming to terms. I know, he is scheduled to have a meeting with Obama and the mounting pressure for him to bow out of the race and support Hilary.

At this point, I really have not decided if I will vote for Trump, but I know that Hilary is not an option,- her deplorable character in question as a politician continues to make her one of the worst politicians I have ever seen and just selling her vote to fill her pockets, her fiasco as secretary state in Benghazi which killed Ambassador Stevens, the email controversy which I cited here many times and who the fuck puts an email server in their garage which violates all State Department regulations, but yet she thinks she is above the law and is entitled. I might just sit out of this election and note vote. I have not decided.

I wonder if people have their opinions on the candidates and use only the facts that support their opinion, or if people research all facts to create a well informed opinion?

This is called confirmation bias and no... most people will not go to the effort to make an informed opinion before voting.

Whoever is most charismatic and attention grabbing will win this election.

You've been saying that all along and I've thought it true too, so I'm not surprised by such poll results. After all, who in their right mind would think the generation of #triggerwarnings and #microaggressions would seek comfort at the undeveloped hands of Trump when they have mom Clinton to protect them.

Funny you'd say that. A lot about Hillary Clinton - from her wonkishness to the fact she doesn't campaign well, ever - reminds me of Germany's Angela Merkel. Merkel, of course, has been an enormous blessing to that country. And her nickname is "Mutti," which is German for mom.

Trump should pick Palin as his running mate. The people foolish enough to vote for him won't have any problem with her as the VP. And she'd provide excellent insurance against an impeachment or assassination.

    Doesn't campaign well??
She has practically won the election.
A woman who's husband was president years ago...
She has been campaigning for years
If there is one thing she is good at it's campaigning

Trump would be pretty exciting and entertaining as Prez for sure.
But he's kind of crazy and what if he starts nuking any country he doesn't like??? Im sure he would be much more restrained if he was elected.
It's more for show i think his loud mouthing.

I don't get the sense of a disconnect but I get that some do and that might be by her coming to this position from her existing position of having lived the life of a 1st lady. Besides being the first woman president (and is there by combined experience and perseverance and, yes, democratic values, a female politician who deserves it more?) should she win, she'd also be the first president having been so secured away from the public by the secret service. Because she was the wife of president Bill, she's been under the protection of the secret service for more than two decades. By the time she'd leave her 2nd term, she'll have been 3 decades under their protection.

Can she even hold to kiss a supporter's baby without the men in black swabbing it first to test for anthrax? How would that not convey at least some sense of disconnect with the general public? So if that is the perception, I don't know that she's much control over some of that.

This is going to be a long and vicious summer of campaigning. Not particularly looking forward to the nastiness. Probably won't decide who I'm voting for until I see how things play out at conventions, after conventions, and especially in debates. Trying to keep an open-mind but definitely leaning Trump at the moment.
