So I was diagnosed with hypertension; two and a half years ago. It started with headaches which can only be described like having your head in a vice and its slowly being closed tighter and tighter. My BP used to extremely high. I am now on medication. But it has multiple effects on the body. I still get headaches, but not quite as bad as I used to. I have had to completely rethink what I eat. So no greasy, oily, salty or spicy foods, no booze, coffee or sugary stuff.

Don't know if its related, but I also now have Irritable Bowl Syndrome, so I visit the toilet/mens room, at least 10 times a day. I can be on the street, then all of a sudden I am dashing around looking for a bloody toilet.

Cursioly my heart will be very high, but having not done anything strenuous, but my BP is normal.

Try swimming. Make sure you are getting enough sunlight. Maybe get a pet if you don't have one already and listen to more relaxing music.

How are your parents? Some times these things are inherited.
