The USSC declined to hear the case.

I suspect that a decision will get kicked down the road - until the Presidential election is over and the court is up to a full nine members. The composition of the court will be decided by Hillary Clinton who'll nominate justices unfriendly to the 2nd Amendment or by Trump who'll do just the opposite.

In addition, there'll be a large number of lower court appointments -- with the same results.

IMO its naive to think Hillary isn't also under NRA influence. Her nominations will serve herself more than the citizens. (FYI I'm not a Trump supporter, I will be voting for Gary Johnson)

trvlmscl, I understand that you are not a Trump or even a Hillary supporter. But why would you at least not vote for Hillary if you are anti Trump. She has a realistic chance of defeating him and winning the White House. Wouldn't you rather go with a candidate that you know has a chance of winning?

Thinking like this is the reason we've been stuck with a two party system. A fucked up one, at that. I don't trust Hillary and I don't like Trump. I've always swung more libertarian anyways. Smaller government, less spending, term limits, and decriminalization of nonviolent crimes. I'm with HIM.

different dynamics in a three party system, not necessary a stable government.

American social violence is on the increase
so where, when will the next record breaking shoot out take place.
