What does everyone's running plans look like for the weekend?

I'm doing 7-9 miles Saturday. Hopefully before the sun comes out and bakes me.

Slowly adding miles to my runs. Trying to work up to a 10K in under 60 minutes before end of the year.

That's a great goal. Good luck on hitting that. How close are you now?

In the suburbs, mild hills. 20 minute run, 20 minutes sprint intervals, 20 minute run. 60-65 degrees, slight breeze, comfortable sun.

Perfect conditions for a run that you had.

I got my 9 miles in through a local town park.

My running club has started training runs for the marathon in our area in September. Fox Valley Marathon, St Charles, Illinois. It's a great race along the Fox River. I guess I am putting out a plug for it. Myself, I had open heart surgery last February an have just started running again. Dick Pond running store has a Walk to Run program. It's a great way to get back to running. I will run 5 minutes walk 2:30. Four times. Next week new times. It's strange after 35 years of running to be starting over. Fuck I LOVE IT!!!! Back to basics!
