    Hey guys I need help.

I work the 3rd Shift so it's very imperative that I cook my meals in advance are all lined up spending too much money eating out.

I am looking for something that I can cook for lunch and dinner that would be easily kept in the fridge and would last the week.

My goal is to lose weight as fast as possible.

    Can you help?

Chicken breast. Cook a ton of them and have them in the frig. Salad can last a few days. Fruit salad with yogurt is good. Hard boiled eggs for snacks. Brown rice is good cold. Bags of veggies (frozen) can just grab one to go with a can of tuna and u have a pretty decent meal.

Oh and that is the wrong goal. Weight loss too fast is setting u up for failure. Regaining the weight and more. Too fast of weight loss also sets u up for having loose skin. Go slow and steady. Build muscle and watch what u eat. 2lbs per week is the healthiest way to lose the weight. U will drop a lot the first two weeks but that will be water weight. This will ensure u keep it off and develop healthy habits

I bake a big batch of chicken once/week and have in the fridge for any meal I don't want to cook. My go-to is an Indian recipe with tons of spices and garlic and ginger and yogurt as the binder. You can also buy a jar of jerk chicken marinade and keep it simple. Add some kimchi and peppers and you've got a tasty meal.

And I agree with Badwolf-- build muscle and lose weight slowly. Your goal should be forever and all your habits should be sustainable for the long haul. Learn to cook. If you can build a model you can follow a recipe. Experiment and learn about food so when you hit your target, you just keep going to the next goal.

well you asked; lemon crystal lite + casein protein (On Gold brand). Expensive small medium size baking potatoes to microwave. A few small avocados. Raw or dry roast nuts almonds. Supplements; Fiutness Labs Vitamin Pack. if things stall out at the end: Lite cardio exercise and an iPhone app MyFitnessPal.

good luck, its what you want

It's one of those fad cleanse diets. Why don't u just suggest caggabe for two weeks str8. Sure u lose 20 pounds but u face malnutrition too. Slow and steady remember.
