Already Trump has tweeted that Hillary has supposedly "rigged" the debate schedule which had been previously set by others before either candidate won their respective primaries. Is he trying to weasel his way out of debating like he weaseled his way out of showing tax returns?

“He not only doesn’t put any meat on the bones, I think if you asked him for specifics he couldn’t tell you, and that’s why I think he may duck the debates,” Rendell, a Democrat, said at a Bloomberg breakfast in Philadelphia during his party’s national convention.

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/nfl-denies-sending-donald-trump-letter-over-presidential-debates/NFL denies sending Donald Trump letter over presidential debates

The NFL is pushing back on Donald Trump's claim that he received a letter from the football organization over the presidential debate schedule, tweeting out a denial Saturday evening.

Brian McCarthy, an NFL spokesperson, sent this message on Twitter:

@mikesisak @alexweprin While we'd obviously wish the Debate Commission could find another night, we did not send a letter to Mr Trump.
    — Brian McCarthy (@NFLprguy) July 30, 2016
Trump, in an interview with ABC News earlier this week, complained about the three presidential debates, two of which are scheduled for the same night as NFL games.

"I'll tell you what I don't like," Trump said. "It's against two NFL games. I got a letter from the NFL saying, 'This is ridiculous.'"

"I don't think we should be against the NFL," he went on. "I don't know how the dates are picked."

On Friday, Trump, who once skipped a Republican primary debate after a tiff with one of the Fox News moderators, also tweeted out an accusation that "Hillary & the Dems" were attempting to "rig the debates" with the scheduling:

As usual, Hillary & the Dems are trying to rig the debates so 2 are up against major NFL games. Same as last time w/ Bernie. Unacceptable!
    — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) July 30, 2016

Debate dates are recommended by the non-partisan Commission on Presidential Debates (CPD), a private panel that consists of Republicans and Democrats. The commission set the fall dates in September of last year.

On Saturday, the panel responded to Trump, saying that "the CPD did not consult with any political parties or campaigns in making these decisions."

In another statement Sunday, the CPD said they worked "more than 18 months to to identify religious and federal holidays, baseball league playoff games, NFL games, and other events" to avoid conflict, but that it was "impossible to avoid all sporting events."

The imaginary letter said this is ridiculous?

    No Donald. You're ridiculous.

It's certainly not in his interests to debate Clinton. He'll get destroyed - and he knows it.

Oh, but he's a genius, or so he tells us. Surely he has time to cram for the exam.

And what will be the RJepublican justification for his weaseling out to watch foosball with Georgia, an important state, (his "surrogate" said with a str8 face)?

Maybe the debates will come up against good old Tom Brady's re-entry into football when he's permitted back in the games after his suspension. They say old Tom deleted everything from his cell-phone before the NFL investigators subpoenaed it, when they were investigating him for his deflated Superbowl footballs. It might take some of the heat off Hillary. Trump won't dare badmouth him for it, he needs the Boston vote too much.

You keep dreaming because it is Hillary that will get destroyed by Donald in the debates. She doesn't stand a chance against the Donald regardless of what all these stupid, meaningless polls say.

    Debate Question:

    "Mr Trump,
How do you plan to make American foreign policy more compliant with Russia's wishes?"

Donald Trump caught in yet another embarrassing lie -- claimed the NFL sent a letter of objection, NFL publicly tells him he's a liar.
Does Donald have mental problems? His behavior gets more erratic every week.

I'm sure Donald is wetting his pants at the prospect of having to face Hillary on live tv.

You better start worrying about Donald exposing the dark truth about Hillary and verbally tearing her to pieces in front of the American people.

The Donald is a successful businessman, and that's undeniable. What he has done in the past to become one may be questionable, but the fact of the matter is he's a billionaire (although I would argue that anyone with millions of start-up money and who had grown up in the family real estate business would have been equally successful). HOWEVER, while Trump may be a savvy businessman, he doesn't come off as an intellectual. Historically, presidential debates have rewarded candidates who are thoughtful, possess the power of critical thinking, and have a firm grasp of facts and policy. That being said, this is a strange political cycle, and it's difficult to predict which candidate will resonate more during the presidential debates. What I do know is that bombast without substance will not win a debate.
