So hey lol I just moved from Utah to Florida. Since I've been here Ive been REALLY trying to lose weight. I go to the gym everyday (morning and night) and so far Ive been doing good. I only run and I changed up my eating habits. I never seriously worked out as much as I am doing now so idk what's what lol I want to be fit but I want to do it correctly!!! Like how do I lose more weight faster? Why does my ass cheeks and pubic area hurt after I run? I love the way my butt looks, but how do I get it bigger?!?! How do I tighten up my arms? Stuff like that lol. So if you have any advice or tips that would be very appreciated!!!!
