So here's the deal: My trainer upped my daily workouts and cardio this week, and they're really kicking my ass. I work out (90min), come home,shower, eat my second breakfast, and then I really need a nap. Is that okay? Can you nap for an hour or two after the gym? I'm up early (5-6am), and usually hit the gym before 8.
