So here's the deal: My trainer upped my daily workouts and cardio this week, and they're really kicking my ass. I work out (90min), come home, shower, eat my second breakfast, and then I really need a nap. Is that okay? Can you nap for an hour or two after the gym? I'm up early (5-6am), and usually hit the gym before 8.

This has happened to me as well. I solved it two ways, modified my breakfast, wasn't getting enough calories, and made sure I wasn't working out right after eating. Eventually things settled down and I wasn't feeling like I was going to die after my work out.

    Good luck

Yes, that's perfectly fine. I do the opposite. Usually take a nap before going to the gym and going to bed right after.
