Push up bars & ab roller?

    I'm keen to sculpt my upper body and have limited equipment. I've been given push up bars, a roller wheel and a few weights.

    I've just run a marathon and feel I'm in good shape. But my body doesn't look it (check out my profile for nude pics of a tight ass but lack-lustre top half).

    Any tips to tighten up my upper bod with said equipment would be much appreciated!

    Well pushups are good for shoulders and back and arms but if you need to enlarge the chest, you're going to need to push heavy weights. Even the pushups will eventually not help with size much because you're limited to a fraction of your body weight because of the pivot point of your toes. You can increase that % by raising your feet onto a step or bed or even a handstand pushup against a wall but you still won't be hitting the chest much. Pushing weight causes the muscles to grow-- just gotta have that. And a lot of cardio like running will use the building blocks needed to grow size so you'll need to cut back on that and let protein + testosterone work on your chest, not giant leg muscles. Oh, and get a good protein powder and drink it. you'll need more protein than you'll think is reasonable to grow muscle mass.
