In what's going to go down as one of the worst performances of a practicing attorney in the annals of legal history, Michael Cohen, an Executive Vice President at the Trump Organization, denied that Trump was losing to Clinton despite credible national polls that showed Clinton was winning. This embarrassing exchange between CNN's Brianna Keilar and Cohen became a fodder for humiliating messages on Twitter. Check it out and please don't cringe. Cohen, by the way, graduated from Cooley Law School--a law school that has an employment rate of 22.9% (one of the poorest employment rates of any law school in the USA) and the loosest admission standards of any ABA-accredited law school.
