Duh, the other countries don't spend healthcare dollars for extremely ill and elderly patients, they practice euthanasia. As already stated by Liberal Democrat Obamacare Architect Ezekiel Emanuel, people should die at 75:

Ya and the crazies on the Right just keep chanting USA USA. They're morons (which is partly the fault of liberal teachers unions). My partner fell sideways and injured his bursa (he deserved it- it was a stunt for a video), during the day, in our home town, during office hours, and our primary of many years' office won't let him come in and be looked at. They say "Go to the emergency room." Which is crazy expensive and always takes 3-4 hours. To see some doc we've never met. It's like our primary is there for scheduled wellness visits only. Doc in a box visits seldom go well and again, why can't we see our primary when something needs immediate care? The hospitals are amassing huge profits (I know, I've been the banker to several) and massive investment accounts and the pharmaceutical companies are raping us with the Republicans writing into legislation that Obamacare can't negotiate prices. And we can't order from overseas. Ya, I'm really worried about quality control from Canada. So we're dying younger and slowly the medical industry is starving our economy. You can't compete if your healthcare costs are twice every other country in the world. And it still sucks comparatively.
