Like I said many times before I cannot afford to travel anywhere so I am permanently rooted in the City of Buffalo, County of Erie, State of New York. There are no decent paying jobs in this country anymore thanks to these free trade agreements. Even if I did visit Arizona, I have no desire or reason to set foot into fascistic Maricopa County. Both Phoenix and Tempe are just ordinary, everyday towns. When I think of Arizona, I think of the majestic Grand Canyon, the Painted Desert, the university town of Flagstaff, the lush, green forest between Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon and yes the hot cowboys in tight blue jeans and cowboy hats. I have never been to either Sedona or Tucson or any of the mountainous desert frontier of Southernmost Arizona.

^^ There's nothing to do or see in Phoenix, other than Camelback trail. I stayed there on a job assignment for 4 months. The pitch I often got on what to do were Tuscon, Grand Canyon, Sedona, Vegas, etc. None of which are in Phoenix.

My next assignment after Phoenix was Seattle and if I had to compare the two on activities, sites, tourism....it's apples and oranges.

PHX vs. SEA both different and unique. I love Seattle, but we are in the Desert and you can't beat the winters!!

There's plenty to do here in ARIZONA. We have the wind caves and some petroglyphic sites that are amazing. Travel around the area you'll see. I love the Payson area and it's an hour out of phoenix. Tonto Natural Bridge is so amazing!!

Sure, you'll love to go out naked in Sycamore Creek...

When I was a kid, my friend and I always go to the Oak Creek Canyon for camping.

Chiricahua National Park in Arizona is beautiful too.
